This apartment is designed to seamlessly integrate the owners’ heirloom traditional Chinese redwood furnishings with a modern minimalist concept. The design creates an uncluttered look with the use of mirrors and white surfaces. Minimal alteration was also be done to the layout of the apartment including the extension of one bedroom by hacking away the adjacent bathroom to create more living spaces for the occupants.
