The government-led development comprises of 8 tower blocks interconnected by a 3 storey podium for commercial, conference and exhibition services. The 2 tower blocks at the middle on the south are designated for residential service with supporting facilities such as canteens and community spaces; while the other 6 are office tower blocks for sale and rental. The office lobby and restrooms for the 6 office tower blocks are designed to embrace a clean, sleek and technological aesthetics with slight alteration for each tower.
