The development is designed with a focus on the rehabilitative wellbeing of the elderly and provides a culturally rich environment for them to interact and engage in various activities. The design married the traditional design which the elderly are accustomed to with splashes of modernity. This provides a tranquil atmosphere conducive for recuperation and rehabilitation.
